Valley Transport Solutions (VTS) provides a professional and flexible bulk haulage service to leading commodity, agricultural and bulk customers throughout the UK. We are based in the Midlands, at the Cherwell Valley Silos Limited site, near Banbury.

As a company we have invested considerably in this sector with the purchase of aluminium, flat-sided bulk tipping trailers and tractor units capable of carrying 44 metric tonnes gross. VTS currently operates in excess of 15 vehicles in a fleet consisting of of new and modern Scania, Volvo and DAF tractor units with Montracon and Krane Frauhauf aluminium tipping trailers with onboard weighers.

This, combined with 35 years experience in the agricultural sector, and a forward thinking approach, means we are well-equipped to service all local, national and international customers.

Bulk Operations are managed by Fergus O’Kelly, who has many years experience in the commodity and logistics markets, and also a keen interest in the emerging bio-fuel market. He is assisted by Mark Smith who is a qualified trainer and holds a Class C+E licence.

VTS is a subsidiary of Cherwell Valley Silos Limited which has been operating in the agricultural market sector for over 45 years. Today, the Group is involved in animal feedstuffs ingredient manufacture, property, warehousing and road transport. The Group employs over 180 people and has a turnover of £25m per annum.
